What is Obesity?

Obesity is the condition where fat becomes unnaturally, or excessively, concentrated, which in turn makes one sick and puts you at risk of serious health problems. It can be measured by various tests – BMI is the easiest. Those with a BMI of more than 25 are obese, and those with a BMI over 30 are obese.
