Stem Cell Therapy

Stem Cell Therapy

Stem cell therapy is a regenerative medicine in which human stem cells are employed to cure conditions by rebuilding atrophied tissues. It has blood disorders, neurological conditions (stroke, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s), diabetes, arthritis, kidney disease and pain relief. Also can be used to cure sports injuries, wounds and backaches, as well as anti-ageing by resurfacing skin. Stem cell transplants also help patients with cancer — leukemia, lymphoma and some solid tumours. The procedure is not surgical, and it takes a very short recovery time and restores the normal function.

Cardiovascular Disease

The American Cosmetic Surgery Board defines Plastic Surgery as “a procedure used to correct part of the body that isn’t functioning well or to correct its look.” At UMG, we believe there are positive and negative side effects of plastic surgery, and it’s up to the patient and licensed medical provider to make the right choice for each individual. Makeovers also affect individuals’ psychological lives on a profound level, as bariatric surgery, which can add new skin and tissue because it helps with weight loss, can do. This can make it look a little nicer if the patient wants. UMG makes this easy and safe.

Plastic Surgery

Plastic Surgery

The American Cosmetic Surgery Board says Plastic Surgery, “is done to treat parts of the body that are dysfunctional or to make it look better.” At UMG, we think that there is both good and bad things that can happen when you use plastic surgery, so only the patient and a licensed physician can make the most informed choice. And cosmetic surgery can leave an enormous psychological mark on individuals, if it’s followed by bariatric surgery, which tends to leave you with extra skin and tissue due to the success it brought in losing weight. This, if the patient chooses, can also lead to better looks. UMG makes it happen safely and cost effectively.

Orthopedic Surgery

Back, knee and joint pain represent the biggest causes of disability for anyone with this disorder, anywhere in the world. Osteoarthritis is a debilitating disease that affects millions of people around the world, and for which there is no cure yet. This disorder mostly strikes women and the most common locations where this disorder pain is present are their hips and knees. We can estimate obesity to be responsible for 20% of osteoarthritis disability. The effective treatment and care of both these conditions can be provided by the successful weight reduction and surgical cures at a reasonable cost that is determined by professional doctors as and when required.

Hernia Repair

Hernia Repair

A hernia repair is a surgery that repairs a hernia (a burst in a hole created when an organ or tissue burrows into the weak point of surrounding muscle or ligaments). This can be stitched together again or a mesh placed to strengthen the weakened part. We repair hernias on inguinal, umbilical, and abdominal hernias which ease the pain, prevent the complication, and restore normal function.

Oophorectomy

Oophorectomy

It’s called oophorectomy, a procedure in which the ovaries (which secrete eggs and hormones like oestrogen and progesterone) are taken out of one or both of us. It could be done for ovarian cancer, ovarian cysts or endometriosis, or as an approach for patients who have risk factors for ovarian or breast cancer. There are fertility and hormone effects whether performed on one or both ovaries.

Hysterectomy

Host (and, sometimes, ovaries, fallopian tubes and cervix) are all excised during hysterectomy. You need it for fibroids in the uterus, cancer, endometriosis or back pain. Hysterectomy is under the stomach or vagina and can be partial (aesthetic to only the uterus) or total (aesthetic to the uterus and cervix). And when that happens you are no longer on your period and infertile.

Vasectomy

Vasectomy

A vasectomy is a minor surgery done on men as a life-long contraceptive. In the operation, the vas deferens – the uterine tubes delivering sperm from the testicles to the urethra – are opened, ligated or tied. It stops sperm from colliding with semen when they’re being ejaculated, rendering a man inert. It is fast, has very short recovery time, and it is very good in terms of pregnancy prevention.

Tubal Ligation

Tubal ligation, or “getting your tubes tied,” is permanent contraception for women. The tubes are cut, tethered or closed and therefore the eggs do not make it to the womb to fertilize. It is a harmless form of contraception and usually after delivery or as an outpatient procedure. Tubal ligation does not disrupt a woman’s menstrual cycle, but leaves her permanently infertile.
